Terms of Use

This page states what using www.colourpuzzles.com actually involves. It does not name a company, a jurisdiction, or a complaints process, because nothing in the build of this site supports those claims. What follows describes only what the build itself does.

What kind of site is this, and what can it not promise?

This site is a static publication. Every page is a file prepared in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no account system, and no form, input field, or upload control anywhere on the site.

  • Because there is no registration or account, nothing can be created, suspended, terminated, or transferred on this site — those concepts do not apply here.
  • Because there is no submission mechanism, no visitor-generated content exists anywhere on the site.
  • The build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, or contact form. These terms cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time, or a named counterparty, because none exists in the build.

What happens when a link on this site is clicked?

This site runs no gambling service of its own. It publishes links that point to operators, but an operator link never opens the operator directly.

  • An operator link is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and hands the visitor to the operator's own tracking address.
  • The build defines ten such redirect rules, and every destination they lead to is outside this domain.
  • Every one of these links is marked as a sponsored link and opens in a separate browser tab.
  • The relationship a reader forms by continuing past that redirect begins with the operator, not with this site. Any terms that apply to what happens next are the operator's own terms, not this page.

What else can a reader check about this site?

A few structural facts describe the whole of what this site is, and they are more useful to a reader than a borrowed legal clause would be.

  • The published inventory of the site is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address.
  • Every page carries a machine-readable publication and modification date, and the modification date shown matches the date the sitemap publishes, so a reader can tell exactly when this version of the text was issued.
  • Everything a page loads — styles, scripts, fonts, and images — comes from this domain; no third-party server is contacted while a page is being displayed.
  • Requesting an address that does not exist on this site returns a page marked to be excluded from search indexes, which immediately forwards the visitor to the home page, so a mistyped or expired address can never become a page of its own.

None of these facts describe a company, an owner, or a regulatory status, because the build does not contain that information. Where a reader's dealings continue onto an operator's own site, only that operator's own terms bind anybody from that point forward.
